GIFT GIVING:
Make your donation in honor or in memory of someone--we will send a card to your recipient or their family to notify them of your donation. To make a secure donation
online through PayPal click on the Donate button. If you would like to
mail a donation, please make your check payable to Mountain Health--

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN:
Growth & Expansion is dependent upon you now, more than ever. There is a need to make our communities stronger and healthier. To build a new clinic in Campo, your support is needed to
make this project a reality. We recently received a $5 million grant to build the new Mountain Empire Family Medicine and Administration Center, but we are still short to bring expanded
services desperately needed to our rural back country of San Diego Co. Our new clinic will bring more comprehensive care including dental, behavioral health, and a pharmacy. Call Carol Lewis

IN-KIND DONATIONS:
Donations of all kinds are needed to support our families. Please see the list of needs for
the Mountain Empire Community Center and the food pantry under their page. Throughout
the year, we seek in-kind donations for silent auctions, our annual holiday parties, Back to
School events, and special events. These events are special to our kids and help support educational programs. To make an in-kind donation, call (619) 445-6200 x 165 or Esther
Matos at the Community Center (619) 478-2384.

SAN DIEGO FOUNDATION BETTER GIVING:
Mountain Health is a Valued Partner with the San Diego Foundation Better Giving
campaign. Donations made through their website ensure that you are donating
to a federally qualified community health center that has been approved by the
Foundation. A percentage of your donation will go to the San Diego Foundation.

VEHICLE DONATIONS:
Your used car or motorhome can help support health care for a child through
your donation. If you have a car to donate, click on the car button and it will
direct you to a secure donation through V-Dac. All donations are tax deductible
to the full extent of the law.

SHOP ONLINE AND DONATE:
You can shop online and continue to donate to Mountain Health by shopping at GoodShop
via http://www.goodsearch.com/nonprofit/mountain-health-and-community-services.aspx.
This is a great way to donate to our cause.

BECOME A MOUNTAIN HEALTH CHAMPION:
Mountain Health has formed a valued group of dedicated volunteers into our auxiliary
who support our mission and help others. There are many ways that you can help.
Volunteers serve at the Mountain Empire Community Center, in the clinic, planning
fundraising events, and reading to our children. For more information on ways that you
